I acquired a BA degree in psychology and neurosciences from Glasgow University and an MA degree in psychology-counselling from Tartu University. Aside from Katriito Clinic I work as a psychologist at the Tartu Counselling and Crisis Aid Centre and at the Tartu Health Care College. Among others, I specialise in issues such as stress, burnout, motivation, time management, anxiety, mood disorders. No matter the issue, it is important to me that the client feels safe and comfortable during our appointments so that we can find solutions to their problems together.
I work with adults and youths starting from age 16 in both Estonian and English.
